One-to-one physiotherapy & rehabilitation

Move again without bracing for it.

We find out what is really driving your pain, treat it by hand and with exercise, then build your strength until everyday movement stops feeling like a risk.

What we treat

Start with where it hurts.

Most people come to us with one of these. If yours isn't listed, mention it when you book. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right clinic for it.

A — Spine

Back & neck

Stiffness after long desk days, recurring low-back flare-ups, nerve pain into the arm or leg.

B — Lower limb

Knee & hip

Kneecap pain on stairs, tendon overload, and arthritis that cuts walks short. We plan around what you still want to do.

C — Sport

Running & sport

Calf, shin and Achilles niggles, hamstring strains, and return-to-play plans that build load gradually.

D — Upper limb

Shoulder & elbow

Rotator cuff pain, frozen shoulder and tennis elbow: getting you reaching, lifting and sleeping on that side again.

E — Recovery

After surgery

Ligament repair, joint replacement and fracture rehab, paced to your surgeon's protocol.

F — Head

Headaches & jaw

Tension headaches, neck-related dizziness and jaw clicking, often linked to posture, stress and sleep.

A course of care

Four stages, one direction.

You'll always know which stage you're in, what it's for and what has to be true before you move on.

  1. 01 / Assess

    Listen, then test

We take a full history and watch how you move, then use targeted tests to find the tissue and the habits behind your pain.

    First visit
  2. 02 / Treat

    Settle it down

Hands-on treatment, advice on what to ease off, and two or three simple exercises to calm things down in the first week.

    Early sessions
  3. 03 / Load

    Build capacity

A progressive strength plan written around your week. We increase the load when your body shows it's ready, not by the calendar.

    Middle phase
  4. 04 / Return

    Hand it back

We test the movements you care about, whether that's running, lifting or gardening, and leave you with a plan to keep going on your own.

Our approach

Fewer gadgets. More explanation.

Every session is one-to-one with a chartered physiotherapist, start to finish. You won't be left on a machine while we see someone else.

  1. 01
    You'll understand your pain

We explain what's happening in plain language, and we'll draw it if that helps.

  2. 02
    Exercise you'll actually do

Short programmes that fit around work and family, with videos you can check at home.

  3. 03
    Honest about timescales

We tell you what recovery usually looks like and review the plan if progress stalls.

  4. 04
    We refer on when needed

If something needs a scan, a GP or a specialist, we'll say so and write the letter.

Before you book

Questions people ask first.

Anything else? Add it to the note on your booking request and we'll answer before your visit.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. You can book directly. If you have letters, scan reports or surgical notes, bring them, because they help us plan.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in that lets us see the area involved: shorts for knees and hips, a vest top for shoulders and neck. You can also change at the clinic.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem and your goals. By the end of your first assessment we'll give you an honest estimate and explain what would change it.

Will treatment hurt?

Some techniques and exercises may feel uncomfortable, but we'll agree a level of discomfort with you beforehand. You're in control and can ask us to stop at any time.

Can you work alongside my surgeon or GP?

Yes. With your permission we'll follow their protocol, send progress updates, and flag anything that needs medical review.

Will I get exercises to do at home?

Always. You'll get a short, written programme with demonstration videos, and we'll update it as you progress.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Please give us at least a day's notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Just reply to your confirmation email to move or cancel.

Book an assessment

Tell us what's going on.

Send a request and we'll reply with available times for a 60-minute first assessment.

  1. 01

We read your note and match you with the right physiotherapist.

  2. 02

You get an email with appointment times to choose from.

  3. 03

Before the visit we send a short questionnaire, so the session starts with treatment, not paperwork.

We only use these details to arrange your appointment.
